 | Sad we have to find our Fallout Fix in other games with similar or same theme as Post Apocalyptic World from Nuclear War, and not from Bethesda and how they Waste and Ignore Player critiques, I mean in Technology and Engine, Fallout New Vegas is quite bad, but in all other regards it is the Best Fallout we have so far, Fallout 4 is so bad i have not won the game EVER, and have around 1000 hours fiddling with Mods and Playing Sim city and the Only Worthy part to be Called True Fallout is the DLC of Far Harbor that was Quite good. Waiting Eagerly for this game and a bit angry that it was pushed to August last time I saw, I mean According to my Calculations and Dreams Nuclear War Begins In Marine Day this Year, in July 23 I think XD. It's a top down tactical divinity rip off and the only similarity is the post apocalyptic setting. Nothing irritates me more then when I play a game like this, I'm two tiles away from the enemy, and I miss with both shots. Like they are 5 feet away. How can you be that bad with a gun.  | Wasteland 2 also had the pre built characters in character creator if memory serves? And well, then you had the companion NPCs scattered across the map, sad most of them were specced horribly. Of course, this new idea with more story telling behind these pre builts is really nice, and indeed it reminds of Divinity Original Sin 2. I'd still love if Bethesda would cut the bullshit with the easy live service and the likes crap projects, and experiment with a side-Fallout game strictly isometric, how it used to be. Something small maybe and not a main entry perhaps, but I think it would do reasonably well, and heck maybe they'll garner themselves a dormant new fanbase.  | That Luck comment makes me think of Tactics Ogre. You could get hilarious results when stacking luck, dodging, parrying, and hitting low odds constantly....until it became clear that you were also subject to those crit chances, and crits avoid evasion. So they had this system where things would just go randomly for and against you wildly through the fight. I did a stream ages ago using just luck builds, and nothing made sense anymore.
